Nokta Makro Stainless Steel 31.5" to 38" Serrated Edge T-Handle Premium Shovel. I have put serious torque on this shovel and no worries, really welded well. Wrapped up the handle with hockey stick tape so it isn't slippery to avoid getting hit in the nuts when it slips out of your hand when you step on it. It looks good and being made of stainless I'll bet that it could stop most pistol bullets. Doing a lot of detecting in Chicago so stopping a bullet is a big plus eh?

my battery seems to last 5-6 hours but I only last around 4 so it works out OK.

I am still learning how to use my Legend and was digging a sh*t load of bottlecaps until I tested and understood how to correctly use and interpret the ferrous gauge on the machine. I also have a limited number of swings and poop out after about four hours so any help from the machine is appreciated. It's good to know that there is the potential for missing good stuff but some of the areas in Chicago are carpeted with layers of bottlecaps. Same thing with tin foil covers, don't care if I miss very small gold at 11 if I can avoid digging the loads of tin.
