I was a tad disappointed with the battery life when I started using the machine. It actually died on me twice! However, I have found it got better when I adjusted some of the settings - trying to minimise the chatter. All of this at the beach. I have updated to 1.10 and have been out once - five hours solid detecting, many targets - battery well up to it - including that I had back-light set on 2 - which I'd forgotten I did while I was doing the update. I think, somehow - the batter is getting better with exercise!😁

Greetings All, One day - when I grow up, I want to play in Merrill's Wheaty tub!! I bet one can fill a 1908 to 1958 book with all the coins! On a slightly different note - I have found about 8 US coins here in Ireland - 5 or 6 dimes (one as recently as April 1st... link included), a quarter and a ZINCON!! However, because Ireland used UK coinage up to around the 50's, we get many pre-decimal UK coins here - Queen Victoria's being quite common! My best QV - an 184? four pence! (925 silver) I have also just recently found my first Irish silver - a first year of minting 1928 shilling! Happy days!
